Shipping

Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.
Options & Timing: We offer various shipping options with estimated delivery times displayed during checkout.
Confirmation & Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Return Window: We accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached within 5 days of delivery.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a handling fee will be deducted in case of returns:
₹150 will be deducted on discounted products and combo offers.
₹100 will be deducted on non-discounted single T-shirts.
Customers who place prepaid orders will receive a full refund in case of eligible returns.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Initiating a Return/Exchange: Contact us at care.bemelon@gmail.com or Whatsapp to initiate a return or exchange.
Size exchange policy is one time only and will not be repeated

Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll send a confirmation email.
Timing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within business days of approval.

Please Note:

Replace 5 Days with the actual number of days you allow for returns and refund processing.
You may also want to specify what happens to original shipping costs on returns (e.g., refunded if the return is due to our error, not refunded otherwise).
